Sarah supervises our family team, which covers an array of areas detailed further in the family practice section. She has a number of prestigious clients ranging from royalty to successful entrepreneurs, but whether your matter is small and simple or large and complex she offers every client the same level of friendly, supportive and professional services.

Sarah studied her Law degree at the School of Oriental and African Studies, which focused on core English legal subjects but also on both international laws and local laws in a number of studied countries. 

She trained in a number of areas including employment, property and commercial, wills and probate, but found her number one interest to be family in which she has chosen to specialise. 

She experienced, whilst working at Church Bruce Solicitors, high volume work both legal aid and privately funded. Then whilst working in an international firm based in the West End she moved into the high net worth Ancillary Relief proceedings and Schedule 1 Children Act Proceedings. She also handled a vast number of complicated divorce proceedings which involved cross border issues, in particular, where more than one Jurisdiction applied. 

Sarah also has and continues to develop an extensive understanding of gay community legal issues such as advising same sex couples on co-habitation issues, on entering civil partnerships or their dissolution and on their child issues. Recent cases of note include handling a contested dissolution and a transgender couple who were married and separated - the issues in the latter case involved whether to issue divorce or nullity proceedings and complex financial matters whereby the assets of one party were frozen pending the resolution of the case.
