Alex joined the firm to meet the growing demand of both commercial and individual clients requiring advice and representation in relation to their disputes, debt collection and commercial problems - his principle goal being to resolve matters as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

He has dealt with and continues to work on a range of cases from anti-harassment and professional negligence matters to injunctions, breach of contract claims and supplier/customer disputes.  As well as handling these litigious matters he also supports clients in expanding their businesses or personal enterprises by offering sound commercial advice and on-going support.

Born in the South-West and graduating from Bournemouth Law School, Alex trained at a large firm gaining experience in Civil Litigation, Family and Commercial Property before moving to a niche Commercial firm in Swindon.  After practising in these varying areas of law he has found his specialism in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. In addition, he also complements these areas by continuing to keep abreast of and employ his technical abilities in the commercial and property fields.  

Alex’s caseload tends to have a large assortment of commercial disputes, cohabite and property claims, as well as dealing with both business and individual employment issues. Alex strives to keep fully up-to-date with current case law and legislative change to ensure that his clients’ matters are always getting the very best attention to detail. To help with this, Alex is a member of both the London Solicitors Litigation Association, and the Employment Lawyers Association.

Outside of the City, he enjoys climbing and leading expeditions worldwide, such as mountaineering, diving and dog-sledding.
